The hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms, despite being somewhat darker due to the large terrace outside and the Jacuzzi area, were nicely decorated and lit up for the kids, which added a lovely touch to the stay. However, the playful food modifications like black rice and blue pasta didn't quite suit my taste buds. The service was really helpful and nice, especially at the reception, though guest services were unfortunately nonexistent during my visit. The location couldn't be better, being very close to the beach and town, making it very convenient. The dining experience, while offering plenty of food and drink choices, had some downsides like long lines and occasional shortages. Despite these minor issues, the hotel was well worth the price, and I'd consider booking here again.
